URL Taken

Hi

I have previously trialled a cloud application using the URL: -

EC3@Atlassian

I now wish to purchase an application.

The purchase process tells me the URL is taken but its probably me that has taken the URL

How do I resolve and start from scratch with a couple of purchased apps on my original URL?

You will need to log in with the account you originally bought the url with so that you can get access to it. 

You can't really "start from scratch", but there is a simple trick where you sign up for a new trial, don't do anything with it apart from using Admin -> Backup to get a copy of it, and then upload that to the Cloud site you want to "restart".  It'll scrub it back to "new system" level.
