Lets say two companies use Jira system as to track their internal issues .... CompanyA is CompanyB's customer, thus they work together and provide support for one of the products provided by CcompanyB.... So now the question is whether can I link those two Jira systems together so that two company employees can see and work together in one ticketing system instead of having middle-man system. Such as If CompanyA wants to file a issue it will be synced automatically in CompnayB's Jira system and vice versa. Please note that both jiras are in different companies thus different servers etc...

There are multiple products provided by third party vendors for synchronizing Jira systems. Have you searched for them in the Atlassian Marketplace?
