Turn a BUG into a US

How can I turn a BUG that has already been created and have an important amount of input data, to a user story type?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Do the Bug and User Story use the same workflow?

If so, while viewing the issue details you can click on the issue type icon in the breadcrumbs and it should show you Bug as an option for changing the issue type.

Another option is to click on the ... button and select the Move Issue option. You can use that to "move" the issue from one type to another type.
