Hey i am trying to create an automation rule to check if a ticket has been created under a already closed epic i was sent something older by a colleague using epic link but thats not a field i can see available. is there any other way i can achieve this.
Hi @Jack Currier , "epic link" has been replaced by "parent" can you try to update the rule accordingly? If you have issue please share a screenshot of your rule?
