Trying to mimic the MS Project functionality of dependencies and automatic date recalculation

I am trying to implement the MS Project task hierarchy and their dependencies and automatic start and end date recalculations as tasks get delayed in Jira.

I understand that there are "Blocked by", "Linked To" functionality in Jira but I could not find anything that recalculates the downstream linked/blocked issue start dates automatically.

Can this be achieved in Jira at all? Any solution is greatly appreciated.
