I don't see a way to contact support as this is a free account.

 

On the Bitbucket side I see this error under Jira Work Items:

Something went wrong...

If the problem persists, contact support and include the error code displayed below.

Hi Chris, you can ignore that as it's related to a small glitch on Atlassian's side. Many users experienced that in different organisations, and now it is resolved, so that error pop-up is not showing up anymore
