Trying to copy a Kanban Board - No Copy command

I am trying to copy a Kanban board, but I do not have any of the commands that are discussed in all the documentation. I don't know if things have changed again and now the documentation is not correct anymore (that has happened to me several times before). Can anyone help? It is a company managed space and I've included a screenshot of the commands available to me when I click the three dots next to the board. image.png

Hello @deseymour

Can you provide links to the documentation you are referencing so that we can review it also?

Have you tried the steps In this document?

Hi @deseymour , the 'Copy board' option from the 3-dots menu has been gone since the big UI overhaul. So you now have to go to the 'All boards list'.

  1. Click in the top search bar
  2. At the bottom of the search bar dialoge click on the 'boards' button
  3. Find the board you want to copy
  4. Click the 3 dots behind the board and choose 'Copy'

I personally don't really mind this 'hidden board copy' because in the past people used to regularly hit the 'Copy' option in the Board configure menu by accident sooooo many times! The average Jira instance had 20% accidentally copied boards :)

Have a nice day! Rik
