I am trying to copy a Kanban board, but I do not have any of the commands that are discussed in all the documentation. I don't know if things have changed again and now the documentation is not correct anymore (that has happened to me several times before). Can anyone help? It is a company managed space and I've included a screenshot of the commands available to me when I click the three dots next to the board.
Hello @deseymour
Can you provide links to the documentation you are referencing so that we can review it also?
Have you tried the steps In this document?

Well, it looks like I was misreading I guess. I was trying to go to the search bar when I was in the board and there is no dropdown when I do that. Thanks for making me look back at what I was reading...also, why is the search bar where you go to copy a board or the only way to get to the boards you have in Jira? That seems not at all intuitive.

Hi @deseymour
Basically, just click in the Search box at the top of the screen. Then click on the Boards link/button near the bottom of the popup.
This will give you a list of boards in your Jira instance. Find your board you want to copy and then click the 3 dots menu to the ight and select Copy.

Hi @deseymour , the 'Copy board' option from the 3-dots menu has been gone since the big UI overhaul. So you now have to go to the 'All boards list'.
I personally don't really mind this 'hidden board copy' because in the past people used to regularly hit the 'Copy' option in the Board configure menu by accident sooooo many times! The average Jira instance had 20% accidentally copied boards :)
Have a nice day! Rik
