Trying to claim accounts from Hostinger domain.

I'm using hostinger.com and my domain is verified. I only have two users and they are managed via email addresses using my domain, but I don't understand how to add them or make them visible to atlassian setup in order to "claim" them. So apparently I can't adjust access permissions. I know my startup is a small-fry, but this is really frustrating.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Hi @Ed Anderson ,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

You have to invite your users, and if they belong to a verified domain they will show up under Directory > Managed accounts.

Hello @Ed Anderson

Domain verification and account claiming are possible.

But I would separate two things here:

If you have an Atlassian organization, you can verify the domain and then claim accounts from that domain so they become managed accounts.

What you should not expect on Free is the full set of advanced identity/security features that come with Atlassian Guard.

So Reality is: you can verify the domain and claim the accounts, but advanced controls like broader auth/security management are a different topic.

First thing I would check is whether the domain is already verified in admin.atlassian.com. If not, that is the starting point.
