Trying to add new users to Jira and Confluence. They are not receiving the activation emails

Hi all,

I am trying to add some new users to our Cloud Jira and Confluence.

They are not receiving the emails to finishing activation their account.

In the admin panel, it still has them as "Invitation Pending"

I can't see any other way of activating their account. Does any one else have ideas?
