Troubleshooting and Support is incompatible for v 9.12.22

Troubleshooting and Support is incompatible for Jira v 9.12.22 as we use the plugin version of 1.62.4 - Troubleshooting and Support , Tried restarting the server and the plugins are enabled still we unable to see that in UI kindly help on this issue.

1.62.4 is compatible with JIRA 9.12.22 (check on this page https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1217696/troubleshooting-and-support-for-jira/version-history?versionHistoryHosting=dataCenter )

BTW, my suggestion is to install the latest version available for jira 9.12.22 -> https://marketplace.atlassian.com/download/apps/1217696/version/16301002
