Trouble shooting at JIRA plugins, please help me for the solution

I requested the plugins but still didn't get any response. I'm using Jira account as a student to explore the application. My account is a Free account. these are the details and problem facing on the plugins of JIRA application

Not clear what plugins you having issues with. I do recommend to contact Atlassian support if the plugins can't be install for whatever reason. If it's specific plugin, would recommend contacting the plugin vendor support.
