Trigger to Create Multiple Tickets

Hello,

Our termination process triggers a few tickets to be created. We first receive a Last Day ticket from our HR department. When that ticket is moved to in progress, 2 more tickets are generated as part of the termination process. This function is no longer working and I am looking to fix it. I investigated the history of the ticket and determined that it appears to be a process of JMWE. Is anyone familiar with how to edit a trigger like this. I have attached a screenshot below.

I don't use JWME but from what I know I would check the workflow. Edit it in diagram mode, find the transition(s) to in progress and look at the post functions.

Yep, post functions is where I would look.
