Translation of Systemfields

In addition to the translation (D-E) for the system fields, it would also be important to obtain the translation of the system-side characteristic values (D-E).

For example, the characteristic value of system-side statuses is "offen" instead of "open".

Since I only use the German Jira, but the queries for filters are done on the English data fields, it is difficult for me to derive the English name of a system field written in German or a characteristic value.
