I have a small team of system analyst who uses Bitbucket GitHub to raise issues with the requirements of the software to be developed. Then the developers will pick up the issues to perform development work and once completed, the system analyst will perform UAT before the code can be pushed to production.
I want to better manage the project by using JIRA software where the system analyst raises JIRA issues, assigns them to Sprint, and the developer works using GiuHub on the Sprint to complete development for UAT by the user.
How can the team transition to Jira Issues? How to implement the above?
Please point me in the right direction and provide some suggestions.
