Transition issues in active sprint

I've been banging my head against the wall for too many hours and cannot figure out how to transition an issue within my active sprint. I have permission to transition issues in the project, I believe I have my status mapped correctly for each column

And this is my workflow.

I've read through tons of documentation and cannot seem to figure out what I am doing wrong. PLEASE HELP!!!

what transition are you trying to execute? from what status to what status?

I'm not able to make any status change from any status state. Ideally, I'd like all group members to move a status from 'To Do' or to 'In Dev' to 'QA' to 'in Review', back to 'To Do' and to 'Done'.

then it is either a Permissions issue or a Conditions issue. 

is this a new project? do you have admin rights? can you view and edit an issue? do you have any project where you can transition issues for comparison?

check your permissions and make sure they look correct.

check the workflow transitions for any Conditions that might be restricting the transition.

This is a new project. I do have admin rights. I can view and edit an issue. I am the first employee at my company who uses the Agile Board so do not have a project to compare transition issues.

I check my permissions, even used permissions helper that verified I have transition permissions.

There aren't any conditions set on my transitions so that can't be it either. 

Does my workflow (screenshot in original question) look like it is set up properly?

what method are you using to transition an issue?

If you go in to view a single issue are there transition buttons at the top that you can click? can you provide a screenshot?

If you look at your Kanban and you attempt to drag an issue from one column to another what happens? screenshot?

Thanks, Jack. I actually realized I had a board configuration issue. I had some key statuses that were not mapped to the correct column. I appreciate you helping me troubleshoot!
