Transition Summary Tab

Hi,

I was wondering within the "Activity" tab on the JIRA issue, if there was a way were on the "Transition Summary" tab we could see what Transition is selected in order for the issue to move to the next status?

No, but if you look next to the status itself, you can view the entire workflow, with all the possible transitions out of the current status listed.

You'll need to have the "browse workflow" permission in the project though.
