Transition Failed

I am unable to change the state of a ticket assigned to me. It fails with an error "Issue require Time Estimate of work effort and Allocation". The task has subtasks but the transition for those subtasks also fail with the same error.

The workflow might have condition  or validators. The value are required to be added, you may add the value in the view screen and then try for transition

Hi @juhip9 ,

Please  check the workflow if there is any validator applied to make the fields required(Time Estimate of work effort and Allocation) on the Issue transition.

You can remove the validator or else you can create a new Screen and add both the fields under it then apply the Screen on the next Status. So the fields are auto populated at the time of transition to fill the values.

Do you have a time tracker where you can log time on the issue ?

This "error" probably comes from the workflow, I think the workflow's creator add a validator on this transition to avoid transition without time spent on it
