I am trying to use the advanced roadmap plan to schedule a large number of stories imported from a Scrum board with sprints. When placing the stories in the timeline view, the start and due date of the stories is set to the correct values, but when saving the changes back to the Scrum board, the stories are not placed in the corresponding sprints.
For example: In the Scrum board I have a sprint defined for July 3rd to July 21st (3 weeks sprint). I place a story in the advaced roadmaps plan to start on July 17th and end on July 20th, review the changes where the start and due date are correctly changed, but the story is not correctly placed in the sprint in the Scrum board view.
Is there a way to do this?
