Can someone please help me to transfer administrator role to my new account. With the role changes and so many thing still to work on, I really need to transfer admin roles asap.

We are a user community. We don't have admin access to your environment. We cannot fulfill your request.
I notice you said you need the access for your "new" account. Did you set up the subscription yourself under a different account? Do you still have access to that other account? If so, then you can login as that other account and grant the access to your new account. Refer to:

If you were not the person that set up the subscription under another account, but rather are accessing an environment set up by another person, you will have to talk to that person to ask them to grant you that access.
