Tracking Labels

Is there a way to have a user track or watch a certain label?

For example - I would like to track/watch the label "A". If someone was to add the label "A" to a ticket, I would like for that change notification to be sent to me even though I may not be watching that ticket or be the reporter.

You can use the labels Gadget among other options to track your labels.
