Track on which (DTAP) environment a ticket or issue has been deployed

Hi all,

We are using a Develop Test Acceptance Production (DTAP) environment setup.

One thing we are struggling with is that different team members want to know on which environment a certain ticket or issue has been released on.

It would be ideal if you could easily identify on the sprint board on which environment the issue or ticket has been released on.

Does someone have a recommendation?

Have a "deployed to" field that holds a list of environments? (And ideally have it automatically filled by your deployment process)
