It's possible to configure which notificiations be showing under topbar notifications icon?

Welcome to the community.

Are you talking about the Notifications icon - the bell - that shows near your avatar in the upper right corner? Is you are, those are the same notifications that would be sent via email, so the steps to configure what will show up is the same.
