To recover my myRcl ctrac

Could you explain what myRcl and ctrac are, and what they have to do with Jira?  (or any Atlassian thing)

Im currently working in Rccl Royal Caribbean, then theres a problem aboit my ctrac personal i. D in my company, then they gave this link and it shows your app jira,

Ok, well, most, if not all of us here have any knowledge of your particular Jira installation.  We're a community of people here to talk about Atlassian, and whilst some of your users or admins might be here, most, if not all of us, will have no knowledge of your particular Jira installation.

I think you've clicked on "help with using Jira in general" rather than "help with using this Jira".

You'll need to talk to your admins about getting your access back.
