Timeline view is not reflecting actual timeline in story level

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
After several modifications of issue types of projects, the timeline view is not showing actual timeline of stories. I have repeated adding and removing of date fields several times for experiment.
Please see below example.
You can see that the start date and end date of the sample story is different in timeline view.
I could find that it is not happening in other project. What is the problem? How can I fix it?
