TimeSheet Gadget Error
Hello,
We are experiencing an issue with the plugin developed for the Jira Data Center environment. When we add the “Timesheet” gadget to the dashboard, issues and entered effort are displayed without any problems for some groups, but we cannot see the same data for other groups. Specifically, when we select the relevant groups, the expected records aren’t listed, or the details don’t appear when we hover over them. What is causing this issue? Do you have any suggestions?
For example When I select group X in the “Show summary for users in JIRA groups” field and hover over a report with the mouse, I can see how much effort was entered for each issue, but I can’t see this for some groups. What could be causing this? Where should I look?
