Time to First Reponse

How do I show the time between creation of a JIRA and the First Comment?

I searched for this, and found several responses that refer to "Time to First Response".  I do not see this field and my search does not know what it is.

But I need to know the time between Creation of a JIRA and the first comment is made.

Is there an Add-in or something.  I do see a 3rd Party Add-in when I search "First Response" in Add-ins.  I do not see a Gadget that does this.

Do not have JIRA Service Desk.  Is there a way to do this without JIRA Service Desk?

You can use Enhancer Plugin with all jira applications (Core, Software, Service Desk)
