Hi,
Suppose we have different types of tickets (Not the standard JIRA types), we have a custom field type called "Category". This field has values Enhancement, Bug, Sales, and Support.
We would like to know
1. How much time we spent on each category and how can we do capacity planning such that we assign 50% to enhancements, 25% to support, and 20% to bug fixing.
2. How do we group by a custom field in JIRA's Advanced Roadmap feature. Please see the screenshot.
