Time sheets stop working

Time sheets on My Dashboard and Work Log page stop working yesterday. Shown error message as following.

{"status":500,"error":"Internal Server Error","message":"403 null","timeStamp":"Wed Oct 02 03:18:37 UTC 2019"}

Does anyone know what happens?

Now the timesheet is back. They fixed the issues.

I had some problems with timesheet yesterday. after contacting them and watching FAQ's decided to uninstall and reinstall and it worked.

Be careful with compatibilities between jira and timesheet.
