Time section localization bug when setup a sprint

Hi, I found small bug about setup sprint time section..

I speak Korean. When you select the calendar button and select a specific date, the end time string is changed to "am" or "pm", not "오전" or "오후".

This strange function makes "NOT valid date" Error.

Can you fix that?

Thank you for bringing up this issue to our attention.

Testing on my local site, I changed my profile language to Korean and I was able to replicate the same issue. 

Based on that, I created a bug for our dev team to check:

• Not possible to edit the Start/End date of a sprint when using Jira in Korean

Please, click on “This affects my team” and also watch to receive updates.

I tested here on my site and changing the date/time format I was able to update the sprint, so maybe you can you this as a workaround while the bug is not fixed. 

Please, go to Cog icon > System > Look and feel and change to 24 hours. So, instead of “a”, use the letter “k” the same as the screenshot below:
