Time remaining calculations are wrong

Hi, I have a problem with one task issue that  is not calculating the remaining time correctly. 

The original estimate is 3d, time logged is 7h, and the remaining time appears to be 0.

Does anybody know why is this happening? It only happens with this issue.

From the image it shows >2w of logged time. Can you check the worklog tab on the issue?

Hi Jack, 

The time logged is 7 hours. The 2w you see it´s just what it comes as deffect when you open the time tracking, is not real, just an indication and example of the time format you have to use when logging your time. See screeshot below:

I suspect that the individual that logged time entered 0 in the remaining time. That is in a scenario where I've seen this occur. Unfortunately the history of the worklog does not illustrate this.

Apparently he didn´t entered 0 in the remaining time. This continue to be a mystery for us.
