Time out in loading eazyBI reports on Jira server

Dear Team,

Our customer is facing an issue while loading EazyBI report for a module in Jira server. The reports are getting timed out on one environment however they are working fine on the other with exact configuration and set up.  We raised the issue with the plugin vendor and they asked to increase the JVM size but there hasn't been any improvement after that as well. Has anyone faced a similar issue in past ? This is kind of urgent. Will appreciate the support for fellow community members.
