Time logged onto one single issue does not show in Tempo

Time logged onto one single issue does not show up in Tempo timesheet.

1. Reported by a user who is Tempo Project Manager;
2. The Jira worklogs show the time but not her Tempo timesheet;
3. I am Jira org admin. When I run a Tempo report, I don't see the issue for this user;
4. When I log time myself on the issue, it appears in Jira worklogs but not on my timesheet;
5. This happened today without any changes to permissions (I checked). Permission Helper is all green for the user on the issue (View All Worklogs);
6. This is the only issue with this behavior. She sees her other issues in Tempo;
7. The Account is all legit, open and active on the Jira project, etc.

There must be something I'm overlooking... any idea anyone?

The user now reports the entry is in her timesheet alright. I checked mine and I see it too. Must be related to the stability issues Atlassian has been having recently.

All good now.
