As explained in the question text, in multiple projects and dashboards we are having the same issue where someone tracks time in a sub-task, and not only does that X time not get tracked in that sub-task, but is actually tracked in the parent, whether it is a Task or a Story.
Issue seems to have started about 2 weeks ago, coincidentally around the time of the latest Jira update.
History on the tasks shows as if the tracking of time was done intentionally on parent issue by the logger, rather than an automation.
