The Time Tracking graph panel is not appearing while viewing an issue. I have Time Tracking enabled and I've confirmed the following:
1. Field Configuration - "Log Work" and "Time Tracking" fields are not hidden
2. Screen Scheme - Create/Edit/View/Default screens include "Log Work" and "Time Tracking" fields for all issue types
3. Permissions - "Work on issue" permission given to appropriate users
However, even though an admin, I am still unable to view the graphs on any issue.
