Tiempo entre estados

Hola Comunidad, existe alguna forma de medir el tiempo entre 2 estados? o mostrar desde la fecha en la que pasa al estado1 hasta la fecha que pasa al estado2.

Perdona mi spanglish, no recuerdo los terminos correctos en espanol para algunas palabras o frases. Yo utilizo los dos, pero uno o el otro puede que funcione. De la manera en que yo uso el JSU es que creo un "field" de fechas para capturar cada transicion y cuando el ticket se mueve de un estado a otro, uso un post function para que automaticamente escriba la fecha. Scriptrunner creo que tambien puede hacer esto.
