The status page is also a great way to check and see if there are problems on Atlassian's end. There is also a "Report a Problem" link. I've subscribed to updates (button on the upper right hand corner)- has saved me from panic more than once.

This also just happened to us, I suspect something on Atlassian's end. Please submit a support ticket at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ so they are aware of the issue and you hopefully get a faster response than through Community
