Ticket in Done Column Disappears after certain period of time

When we complete a task and move it to the done status in Jira Work Management, after a certain number of days it disappears.


We don't appear to have any rules etc so this appears to be a rule that is standard?


How do we fix? How do we turn this rule off?

Hi @Jared Fusedale 

The issue will stay in the Done column for two weeks in Jira Work Management, then it will disappear. That is by design.
