Though i have admin access in a project..."Release"tab is not getting displayed...Any resolution plz

I am creating a new "Project"..since i have "Admin" access..

I am not getting "Release tab" with ship icon..

But same set of access my friend has..but he gets..

I think you can check the type of project, some of the project types are not have "Release" tab, such as the next-gen project

Thanks for info. Guan, But i have oprtion to create only "Next-gen project"..the other one option been freezed...Why so?
