We need assistance as Admin page on JIRA is saying we have no active products.
When i log in as user to the new URL i can see products.
We had an old site cnbtechops.atlassian.net which we removed long ago.
However, when logged in to admin.atlassian.com is doesnt show the any active products.
we do have licensed products in Cloud for JIRA and Confluence i.e.: we had free upgrade to Cloud for JIRA
You'll probably need to actually submit a real ticket to Atlassian, not a community post.
Nobody here can access your site (we don't have permission, we're just regular people on a community forum), and we won't have the info around your licensing.
