TBH I’m a bit confused by the addon you are showing here. I don’t find in my instance nor can I locate in find new apps. However, “Activity” is in my instance and I am assuming it has been recently added into the new issue view likely due to it being heavily used in the old view. I’m interested in better understanding the final closure on this issue.

NOTE: I did find a reference (old) to issue tab panel on the Jira Developer site but appears to be dated and server based.
