Getting this error while importing projects from backup

Backups need to be of the same version of JIRA to do the import safely, although there some fixes/workarounds

Could you tell us exactly what the two version of JIRA are?

We are trying to migrate data from JIRA cloud to on premise Jira.

Our on-premise JIRA version is JIRA v7.3.1 & JIRA cloud version is JIRA v1000.789.2
