Hi guys,

could someone clarify a few things for me. I would like to use this time tracking app

If I understood correctly, they will have full access to all issues and their content (attachments, comments, etc.). Is this true, or did I understand it wrongly? If it is true, then this is a 100% no-go

@BenWade

My name is Gracjan, and I'm a Customer Success Expert at HeroCoders, the team behind the Clockwork app.

As mentioned by @Trudy Claspill the information is listed on the marketplace page.

The app processes the following types of End-User Data:

  • In order to stay up to date with changes in Jira, we need to process and respond to Jira web hooks and related payloads.
  • Full list of data processed by app: Account ID, Client key, Email address, Issue Id, Issue number, Issue payload, IP address, project ID, Project key, Work log duration, Webhook payload, Working hours, Timezone

The app stores the following types of End-User Data:

  • We store data entered by customers directly to our app plus some necessary metadata like baseUrl, issueId, projectId etc.
  • Full list of data stored in app: Account id, Client key, Email address, Issue id, Issue number, IP address, Project id, Project key, Work log duration, Working hours, Timezone

In case you have any further questions regarding this, you can create a ticket with us through our Help Center here.

Cheers!

Gracjan
