xPort Add on was expired. Now we buy a new licence but it doesnt work either.

Would you be able to provide a screenshot of the error you're seeing when trying to add the gadget to your dashboard? If it's got an option to expand out any error text, that would be helpful also.

A good number of errors setting up dashboard gadgets are related to not having a base URL that matches how you're accessing Jira. We've got a guide on updating that here - basically you want Jira to know exactly what URL you're accessing it at, including https:// or http:// depending on if you're securing access over HTTPS.

The widget does not get the project/filter field value. It's like you are setting the widget up, saving, getting the error, click Edit and see the project/filter field is empty.

Hey @Anastasiia Volkova , are you still able to reproduce this issue after reloading the dashboard and trying to add it again? There was some congestion on our network in your region about the time you posted this but it's since been resolved.
