Hi,
We recently installed the timesheet add-on to our cloud Jira software. logged times are visible in the tasks themselves, but they are not available when I wanna find them in reports.
I contacted to the add-on support team and they suggested me to do the instructions here, and also to use some other JQL in advanced search. but it doesn't work.
I also checked all options in time tracking in field configuration setting page and it is not hided too.
would you please suggest to how resolve it?
