The task does not display a "close" button for users. The rights to close a task in a project have been granted on several points - the project role corresponds, the reporter has rights, the current executor has rights. I assign the author of the task as the executor - there is still no "close" button

If you log in as an administrator or manager - the button is present

Can you please tell me how to display a button for other roles, except for the project manager?

It looks like a permissions problem.  Your admin or manager have permission to use the transition, the other roles do not.

Check the permission scheme in the project, and the workflow conditions if it is a missing transition ("Close" sounds like a transition, but I'm afraid I can't read Cyrillic, so I'm not sure what exactly your screenshots are saying)
