The rule does not accept Automatic Jira as an executor

If you set the execution subject to "Jira automation" (action - comment the task), then the next rule in which there is a trigger (action - the task is commented) does not work. But if you comment manually, the rule works. Maybe someone has encountered such a problem or knows a solution? Thank you in advance

Hi @Дар_я Малярик

You have one rule which should activate a second rule?

If this is the case, ensure the checkbox...

"Check to allow other rule actions to trigger this rule. Only enable this if you need this rule to execute in response to another rule."

...is checked.

---

To check this:

  1. Go to your rule
  2. Select the Rule details button
  3. Check the checkbox - if unchecked, select it
  4. Re-publish your rule

You are right, thank you very much, and how did I not notice this flag. I've already remade the rule a bunch of times without understanding why it doesn't work. Thank you again

Are all related tasks in the same project or are they in other projects.

If they are in other projects, does the rule actor have the correct permissions in those projects?
