Hello Atlassian Support Team,
I cannot add or manage standard Jira components in my project.
The "Components" section is missing in Project settings, and only Compass components are available.
I need to use the classic Jira components (Project settings → Components), but the option is not visible.
Could you please help me restore the default components section or disable Compass if it overrides the standard functionality?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello @Sophia Aliaskar
If you have app admin/site admin access, you should first check below setting :
From the top navigation, select Settings, then Products.
In the side navigation, under Integrations, select Compass.
Check if new projects use Jira or Compass components by default.
Project admins can still switch individual projects between Jira and Compass components.
Currently, you can only use Compass components in company-managed, software projects. They are unavailable for business and service type projects, and all team-managed projects. Because they’re cataloged in Compass, they can be used across multiple projects.
In your project navigation, select the Components tab.
At the top of the page, confirm which component type your project is using. It’ll say Jira components or Compass components.
Select the button and toggle to the other component type.
Hope this helps.
