The project screen for edit / view are the same, however, they display differently

I have setup my project screens where the Edit and View use the exact same Screen.

When viewing the issue, the display does not match the screen definition, however, Selecting the Edit does.

Also, fields without values aren't displayed on the view screen

Hi @David Frager 

The view screen displays the fields in a specific way. Date fields and user pickers fields are usually displayed together.

In your case is it mismatched layout (tabs) or mismatched fields?

As you can see from the screeshots, the fields are in a different order between the View and Edit.  I understand that some fields in view will not display if not populated, and that different fields are positioned in specific locations on the View.  However, in the view, the Description is much lower than in the Edit.  The Edit view is how i setup the screen.
