we installed the Profit.co app for Jira to using for OKR. howevery everytime i open it, it show something gone wrong . Other jira app still work perfectly. please help :(
Try to contact the vendor directly regarding this issue. I noticed on the marketplace listing of the app that the app is not officially supported, but you should somehow be able to locate a way to contact them on the internet.
